Energy Elixir No. 1 acts on the Liver to:

Dilute approximately 10 to 20 drops in 10 ml of water, to be repeated twice a day.
If two elixirs are selected, it is advisable to take them separately, 5 to 10 minutes apart. It is best to choose Yang elixirs at the beginning of the day and Yin elixirs at the end of the day.
